North Yorkshire Police have ruled out terrorism in the crash of an RAF Puma helicopter, in which three servicemen died.
Investigators said yesterday there was "no third-party involvement".
Pilot David Sale, 28, and Sgt Phillip Burfoot, 27, died in the crash on August 8 near Catterick Garrison. Pte Sean Tait, 17, died two days later.
Flt Lt Sale and Sgt Burfoot were from RAF Benson, near Wallingford. Pte Tait was with the Royal Regiment of Scotland.
Police said they could not comment on the ongoing inquiry, except to say there was no third-party involvement.
Investigations are currently being carried out by the police and the Ministry of Defence.
