POLICE today appealed for help in tracing a man who was last seen in Oxford.

Stuart Ford, 40, was last seen in the city on July 27.

Police said he was possibly in possession of a blue Vauxhall Astra, registration number M701 BLD.

Police said he might still be in Oxford, or have returned to East Devon.

He is described as 5ft 10in tall, of medium build. He has unkempt shoulder length dark brown hair, and is described as having a ruddy complexion, blue eyes and is usually unshaven.
