THE new £122,000 skateboard park next to the leisure and tennis centre in Audlett Drive, Abingdon, will be officially opened today at 2pm.
The ceremony will be followed by a "jam session" organised by the young skateboarders who were the driving force behind the project that started with a petition to the council nearly four years ago.
