PLANS to knock down a garage in Cardigan Street, Jericho, and replace it with a three-storey block of flats have been allowed on appeal.
The plan would also see a rear extension knocked down and an existing home converted into two one-bedroom flats.
It had been refused planning permission by Oxford City Council's central, south and west area committee, but was allowed with conditions on appeal to a planning inspector.
