YOUTHS were spotted riding mini-motorbikes in an Oxford park.
The teenagers were riding the noisy machines in Gillians Park, near Dunnock Way, Blackbird Leys, at about 5.30pm yesterday.
Police have vowed to crack down on the antisocial riding of the nuisance mini-motos, but the teenagers had left the park before PCSOs got to the scene.
