A SPORTS centre forced to close by the summer torrential rain and floods will reopen today.
The Spiceball Leisure Centre in Banbury closed three weeks ago after it was flooded in three feet of water.
The first-floor dance studio, gym and creche reopens this morning.
But the swimming pool, steam room and sauna will remain closed as the clean-up operation continues.
