PUB landlord Dan Smaje is hoping for a full house in more ways than one when television crews come to Oxford to film his poker night.
Mr Smaje, landlord of the Royal Blenheim, in St Ebbe's Street, Oxford, hosts regular poker nights on Mondays as part of the Poker Project, which promotes the game.
Now, it has teamed up with satellite broadcaster Sky and the pub has invited the channel down to film its poker sessions.
Mr Smaje said: "Everyone is very excited about the prospect of Sky coming down to film us and I'm sure that people will be getting dressed up for the occasion."
In the Poker project league, competitors play for points rather than pounds, and four times a a year the top players take part in a televised game.
Mr Smaje added: "I'm also a player and I'll definitely be taking the night off when they come down to film, there's no way I would miss that." The sessions take place every Monday from 7pm. The first is free, and then £7.
