Eastern Bypass still closed after lorry crash
OXFORD Eastern Bypass will remain partially closed at Cowley tomorrow following a lorry crash at the weekend.
The 'flyover' bridge at the Cowley junction will stay shut on Wednesday morning while further repairs are carried out.
The road beneath - Oxford Road becoming Garsington Road - is open.
The lorry, which was driving on the bridge at about 11pm on Sunday, crashed through the central reservation before going through nearside barrier and falling off the bridge, coming to rest on the roundabout of the B480 below.
