AN ELDERLY woman has been taken to hospital after suffering ‘a serious medical emergency’ on a bus in Oxford city centre.
She was on Stagecoach’s X5 bus on Magdalen Street earlier this afternoon.
South Central Ambulance Service sent an ambulance and two rapid response vehicles to the scene at 1.42pm.
The woman was then taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital by paramedics.
