OXFORD Food Bank’s Christmas rickshaw is back ready to spread some smiles on the big day.
Last year many of the city’s residents enjoyed whizzing around on the tinsel-decorated bike as they came a long for the Christmas Day feast.
And now organiser of the lunch Sara Strong says the food bank would be particularly keen to reach out to isolated elderly residents and families.
She added: “Santa says it is time to book your sleigh so that you can get to the best Christmas Day ever at The King’s Centre.
“We have the perfect combination of fantastic food that would otherwise be wasted, fresh food to take home at the end of the day and goodie bags for everyone too.
“Guests will be entertained by street artists and children will have a bouncy castle, face painting and sleigh rides.
“Amazingly it is all absolutely free, so come and enjoy the food and fun on Christmas Day.”
