Witney Mills slumped to their sixth defeat in eight completed Division 3 matches as Long Marston closed up on the leaders.
Lee Beesley took 5-30 from 14 overs as Mills collapsed from 80-3 to 127 all out.
With the bad weather closing in, Marston wasted no time in reply, as Mark Green smashed 39 off 25 balls and Simon Robinson hit an unbeaten 43 to see his side to a five-wicket win.
L Marston 30pts, Witney Mills 10 Leaders Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts' match at Dinton 2nd was finely poised when rain put paid to a potentially tight finish.
Off-spinner Mark Strong took 7-22 as Nondies assumed control by dismissing their hosts for 141 from 47 overs.
Nondies were in a spot of bother on 33-3 with ten overs gone when the rain came.
The match then had to be - abandoned - ironically just after both sides had collected ten bonus points, the same number they would have collected had the match been washed out completely.

Neil Davies hit 54 and James Veness 36 as Chearsley were bowled out for 195 at home to Sandford St Martin, Richard Murrey claiming 4-30.
The visitors raced to 34 without loss from five overs, but rain then prevented any further action.

The matches involving Kimble and Cumnor 2nd, and Cropredy and Hanborough, were called off before play had started. The four sides each collect ten points.
