A MUSIC fan from Oxford is 'over the moon' after featuring in a music video with some of the biggest names in showbusiness.
Aimee Fearn, 22, made her cameo appearance in singer-songwriter Charli XCX's new video alongside the likes of Stormzy, Joe Jonas, Diplo and Tom Daley.
Miss Fearn, who works in events, appeared in the video for new track 'Boys' after winning a competition run by Microsoft Rewards.
She said: "I couldn’t believe it when I was picked as one of the winners.
"I love Charli XCX and her single ‘Boom Clap’ is one of my all-time favourite songs.
"It was very surreal meeting her and an experience I will never forget.
"Seeing myself in her star-studded video alongside such A-listers is so crazy, I can officially say I co-starred alongside some of the biggest names in music."
The video was filmed on set in East London, where Charli XCX spent the day with Miss Fearn and four other winners, having their hair and make-up done and 'sharing stories'.
The video, directed by Kendrick Lamar collaborator Sarah McColgan and Charli XCX, reached 14 million views online in just one week.
Charli XCX, who has provided lead vocals on two number one singles including Iggy Azalea's 'Fancy', said she enjoyed having Miss Fearn and the other winners on set.
She said: "I’m really proud of my new video, and having some of my angels feature in it totally takes it to the next level.
"The guys did a great job on set, and totally got everything I asked them to do.
"I really hope they had the best day."
'Boys' was released on July 26 by Asylum Records and Atlantic Records UK and is the second from her as-yet untitled upcoming third studio album.
Kevin Stagg from Microsoft, who ran the competition, said he was glad he gave Miss Fearn her first go in front of a camera.
He said: "It was great to reward some of our users with such an amazing prize, and we were really happy to see how much they enjoyed meeting Charli XCX and starring in her music video.
“There will be loads more great offers and experiences available through Microsoft Rewards so we urge everyone to sign up and get involved."
