Gus Shrimpton (5-32) bowled with gusto and experienced seamer Julian Easterbrook (4-65) with guile as Cumnor 2nd dismissed Chearsley for 103.
Earlier, Andy Kelly had hit a gutsy 71 and Jeremy Good 40 in the home side's 240-6, which came despite Nick Babington's 4-57.

Hanborough gave leaders Long Marston a scare before falling to a 12-run defeat.
Craig Wood took 5-73 in Marston's 175-7, which also featured useful knocks from Simon Robinson (53) and Harry Bowles (40).
Mike Dove (35) then top-scored in the home side's reply, but Lee Beesley (6-47) proved too strong and Hanborough were bowled out for 163.

Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts have lost just nine wickets in their past six matches as they march on at the top.
Tony Skeggs (81) had helped Kimble to 191-8, but Steve Schofield (94no) and Matt Baggs (38no) took Nondies to a nine-wicket win with 17.1 overs to spare.

Witney Mills' dismal run continued at home to Dinton 2nd when they were dismissed for just 101.
Michael Morgan (4-24) and Paul Ludlow (3-21) did the damage after the visitors had themselves been bowled out for 163 by Pierre Lefort (4-36) and Steve Kelly (3-35).
