Japanese clothing chain Uniqlo is the latest to announce it is opening a new store at Oxford's revamped Westgate Centre.
A spokesman for the chain said: "Uniqlo, the global apparel retailer, announces plans to open a store in the Westgate Centre.
"With a total sales floor of around 870 square metres, the Uniqlo store will offer the brand’s full range of core items for men and women."
The £440m shopping complex is due to reopen on October 24 and will feature a 140,000 sq ft John Lewis department store alongside premium fashion brands Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein and high street favourites Cos, H&M, Russell & Bromley and Victoria’s Secret Pink.
Other retailers will include women's clothing brand Mint Velvet, make-up experts Smashbox, Gant, Body Shop, T2, Hotel Chocolat, Guess, JD Sports, Oxford menswear and grooming specialists Burrows & Hare, Trotters, Accessorize, Lush and Aveda.
The boutique cinema chain Curzon Cinemas is also opening and there will be a rooftop terrace with a number of restaurants.
Earlier this month more new top brands announced they would be opening including fashion chains Reiss and LK Bennett.
Emma Mees, Senior Portfolio Manager at Westgate Oxford Alliance, said earlier: “Demand for both the retail and leisure offer at Westgate Oxford has been fantastic.
"Oxford is truly a diverse and vibrant destination to visit. From having drinks with friends over the city’s famous spires, to playing mini golf with the family or browsing the latest fashion collections, Westgate Oxford will offer something for everyone to enjoy the perfect day out."
