AN Oxford man sentenced in March for having nearly 50g of cannabis when police stopped his car was back in court again on Monday after failing to turn up to his unpaid work.
Rakesh Singh, 20, was spared jail after he was given a suspended sentence which included a requirement to complete 180 hours of unpaid work.
Oxford Crown Court heard on Monday, however, that Singh had failed to turn up to his work on two days - March 29 and April 4.
He was fined £60 and given a further 20 hours for the breach.
