THE MPs for Oxford West and Abingdon and Witney have been reselected to fight for their seats in the General Election.
At a local Conservative party meeting last night in Oxford members backed Nicola Blackwood to contest the seat again on June 8.
Following the meeting at Seacourt Hall, Botley, the junior health minister tweeted to say she was 'honoured' to be selected again.

Robert Courts MP was also reselectd last night at the Corn Exchange in Witney ahead of parliament dissolving on Tuesday.
He said: "I am absolutely delighted. It's an enormous honour to be selected to represent the place that you live and I'm looking forward to going out and building on the flying start that I've made in the first six months."
Under party rules Conservative MPs must be reselected by local party members ahead of each General Election.
Matthew Barber, the Conservative leader of Vale of White Horse District Council, said: "We have got fantastic MPs at the moment and they will be fantastic candidates.
"We have a really good spread of abilities across Oxfordshire."
