MP for Witney Robert Courts visited the site of a new affordable housing scheme in Bladon - which he described as a ‘great’ example of homes being built in the right place.
The development at Home Farm, which is being jointly built by Blenheim Palace Estate and Sovereign Living, includes 27 homes.
Three are available via shared ownership, two are on an affordable rent, five were sold on the open market and 17 were retained by Blenheim Palace Estate as part of its market rental portfolio.
10,000ft of new office space has been built too, the majority of which has been let to the legal firm White and Black.
Work is expected to be completed by the end of May.
