THE former Honey Pot pub in Oxford is set to be demolished.
Oxford City Council’s West Area Planning Committee agreed on Tuesday night to grant permission for the building to be knocked down.
In its place at 8 Hollybush Row, opposite the Jam Factory, will go a four-storey block of seven flats.
The permission was granted subject to the developers commissioning an archaeological excavation on the site before the new block of flats goes up.
