May I take this opportunity of warning drivers who park in the Barns Road car park at Cowley, Oxford?
On Saturday, I obtained a ticket for 1 hours parking.
I returned 20 minutes later to find a parking ticket for parking just outside the box.
The car park has more water than Radley Lakes, and the lighting is very poor.
Surely a caution would have been appropriate in this case?
I hope my £50 fine will go towards bringing the car park up to a decent standard.
I certainly won't be using it again.
