Alleged cocaine dealer charged by police
A 28-YEAR-OLD man was charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine in Oxford.
Abubakar Mukhtar, 28, of Gibbs Crescent, was charged today with possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
He appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on December 23.
