The Southbound exit slip road on the Eastern By-Pass road has now been cleared after being partly blocked after a crash.
The incident occurred at about 6pm on Garsington Road at the Cowley Junction and left a car on its roof after it rolled over at the top of the slip road on the roundabout.
South Central Ambulance Service spokesman David Gallagher said a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance had been sent to the scene after getting a call at 6.10pm.
He added: "The driver had managed to get out of the vehicle and was reported as not having any obvious injuries other than being a bit shaken.
"We still currently have an ambulance at the scene assessing the patient but think it is unlikely they will need hospital treatment."
