Mark Kelly
A man who went missing from Oxford yesterday morning has been found, Thames Valley Police has confirmed.
Police appealed for help tracing Mark Kelly, 33, yesterday after he was last seen in Hendred Street, Cowley at 11.50am.
At 8.30am this morning Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Hannah Jones said Mr Kelly had been located.
