Problems on the M40 southbound after crash and breakdown
The M40 southbound between junctions 9 and 10 has returned to normal following an earlier crash.
One lane was shut between junction 10 for Cherwell Valley Services and junction 9 for Bicester and traffic had been queuing since 7.30am.
Elsewhere, one lane is closed due to broken down vehicle on M40 northbound between J8A for A418 Oxford and J9 A34 / A41 for Bicester.
The lane was shut for a tyre change but traffic seems to be flowing.
