MOTORISTS face tailbacks across Oxfordshire today as heavy rain caused floods on a number of roads.
The worst affected routes included the A415 between Marcham and Frilford, where traffic was also backed up on the A338.
Drivers on the southbound A34 also experienced queues between Abingdon and Didcot because of the heavy rainfall.
Meanwhile, traffic also built up in Chalgrove after fallen power cable caused the closure of Warpsgrove Lane.
Forecasters warn of more heavy rain throughout the day ladig to localised flooding.
