Man arrested on suspicion of touching himself in public
A MAN has been arrested a man on suspicion of 'outraging public decency' by touching himself in public.
The 61-year-old, from Banbury, was arrested on Wednesday, November 2.
The arrest is in connection with an incident on October 18 in which a man was seen touching himself inappropriately in Fiennes Road, Banbury.
The arrested man was released on police bail, pending further inquiries, until tomorrow.
