In a match reduced to 44 overs a side after a delayed start, Nondies managed 214-4 thanks to Tim Rattigan (72) and Aviral Gupta (69no).
Mohsin Zia took 3-68 for Oxford, who then managed 194-8 in reply thanks to Julian Lawton Smith's 57.

A thrilling finish at Banbury 3rd saw Leighton Buzzard Town 2nd prevail by one wicket.
Town's last pair put on the 14 runs needed to win the game with three balls remaining.
Earlier Banbury were bowled out for 154 in the 48th over after being asked to bat, Ally Jarvis hitting a fine 78 in difficult conditions and Rameez Dar taking 4-48.
Town skipper Yog- gish Mistry took 3-47 and was at the crease in the final few overs to guide his side to victory.

Christopher Brougham took a hat-trick for Thame Town 2nd in the little play that was possible at Stanton St John Willows.
Brougham took all three wickets to fall as Willows reached 29-3 after 7.2 overs before rain stopped play.
