THE FUR was flying on Twitter this week as the public prepurred to vote in today's EU referendum.
Both #CatsAgainstBrexit and #CatsForBrexit were trending on the social network on Monday and Tuesday, with photos of Eurosceptic and Europhile felines flooding people's feeds.
Even Nicola Blackwood, the Tory MP for Oxford West and Abingdon, got in on the action.
"Naughty Cat worries we'll be on the outside looking in," she wrote alongside a picture of her own moggy.
"Missing influence we once had #CatsAgainstBrexit."
