Alan McDowell, 25, of Wigod Way, Wallingford, admitted using threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment or alarm or distress to Phillip Shaw in Coopers Piece, Wallingford, on March 21. Also admitted resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Wigod Way, Wallingford, on March 21. Fined £525 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Robbie Pearce, 18, of Boxwell Close, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Park End Street, Oxford, on March 20. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty and possessing cocaine, a class A drug. Fined £535 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Murtazar Ahmed, 26, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending unpaid work sessions on March 19 and April 9. Ordered to carry out an additional 15 hours unpaid work, completing a total of 115 hours by December 8.

Mark Gilligan, 20, of Jane Seaman Court, Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Grenoble Road, Oxford, on January 17. Handed a community order with a 40-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay £75 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Patrick Frith, 63, of Francis Little Drive, Abingdon, was convicted of assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Spring Road, Abingdon, on January 24. Admitted possessing cannabis or cannabis resin, a class B drug, in Spring Road, Abingdon, on January 25. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Paul Bacchus, 50, of Farm Close Road, Wheatley, Oxford, was convicted in his absence of driving without a valid test certificate in Randolph Street, Oxford, on July 20 last year. Also convicted in his absence of driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £280 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Sam Baker, 22, of Abbott Road, Didcot, was convicted in his absence of using a mobile while driving on the A417 Wantage on August 4 last year. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

David Baldwin, 49, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, was convicted in his absence of speeding at 52mph in a 40mph zone on the A4130 Didcot on June 3 last year. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Paul Campbell, 50, of Meadowside, Abingdon, was convicted in his absence of driving without insurance in Radley Road on August 6 last year. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

BANBURY
Harry Street, 21, of Quarry Close, Bloxham, admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely cocaine, at the Venus Nightclub, in Broad Street, Banbury, on March 12 this year. Handed a £250 fine and ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

Catalin Trifan, 35, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted stealing clothing and fragrances worth £130 belonging to Debenhams in Banbury on March 7 this year. Handed an £80 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Crutch, 33, of Jefferson Piece, Charlbury, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Zafira in Sturt Close, Charlbury, on April 7 this year. Had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35 microgram limit. Handed a £440 fine and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

Jack Edwards, 21, of Darnell Walk, Bicester, admitted assaulting Aaron Singh-Sangha by beating him in Sheep Street, Bicester, on March 19 this year. Handed a £95 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Marcus Thomas, 33, of Winterbourne Road, Croydon, Surrey, admitted stealing a blue Lucas jacket worth £455.50, a red polo shirt worth £76, a blue polo shirt worth £76 and a blue Tregastel Giacca jacket worth £432 belonging to Moncler in Bicester Village shopping outlet in Pingle Drive, on June 13 last year. Handed a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jared Woodhouse, 29, of Chapel Street, Bicester, admitted stealing two bottles of men's aftershave worth £128.50 belonging to Debenhams in Castle Quay, Banbury, on April 7 this year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Thomas Lelli, 25, of Reedmace Road, Bicester, admitted fraud by dishonestly making a false representation by using another persons bank card details to purchase items in Bicester between October 3 and October 8 last year. Also found guilty of possessing a controlled drug of Class A, namely MDMA, and a controlled drug of Class B, namely amphetamine, in Bicester on October 11 last year. Handed a community order and ordered to carry out 80 hours' unpaid. Also handed a £300 fine and ordered to pay £149.79 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £350 costs.

Karen Williams, 34, of Adams Road, London, found guilty of stealing clothing worth £185 belonging to Versace from Bicester Village shopping outlet in Pingle Drive on June 3 last year. Handed a community order and ordered to carry out 100 hours' unpaid work and take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days. Also ordered to pay £185 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.
