One person has been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital after a crash on the M40 this afternoon that overturned a car.
One lane of the M40 Southbound is closed with a queue of traffic building up following the incident, which occurred between J11 A361 / A422 (Banbury) and J10 A43 (Brackley / Cherwell Valley Services).
Lane one of three is closed about two miles after J11.
South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman Michelle Archer said: "We were called at 12.45 to the M40 to a traffic collision involving a lorry and a car, which we understand has overturned a number of times.
"We sent a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance crew. One patient ws taken to the John Radcliffe with non-life threatening injuries."
