AN inquest into the death of a 40-year-old man killed in a collision with a lorry on the A34 has been opened.
Oxfordshire Coroner's Court heard today how James Geddes of Temple Street, Cowley, died when he ran out in front of a oncoming HGV - according to the driver's report.
It happened on the southbound carriageway between J9 of the M40 and Weston on the Green, near Bletchingdon, on Saturday, February 20, at 1am.
The full inquest is expected to be held on Wednesday, July 20.
