Fernando Rodriguez grabbed a consolation goal for Crowmarsh.
Kennington Athletic are also into the last four after beating Horspath Youth 2-1.
Ebo Aneju and Romeo Pali were on target for Kennington, with Matthew Evans scoring for Horspath.
Dan Rwodzz netted as Faringdon Town beat Abingdon United to reach the semi-finals of the KO Trophy.
They will meet Hinksey Park International, who beat Florence Park 6-1, with goals from Seb Hernandes (2), Joseph Anywar, Naofie Dogar, Fin Lilwall and Matvey Kinenko.
Jordan Matthews hit a consolation goal for Florence Park.
Goring Robins beat Bardwell on penalties after it was all square at 3-3 after extra time.
William Smith, Charlie Howlett and Mahmood Hassan scored for Bardwell, with Ben Corbett, Eoin Rasmussen and Miles Varnham on target for Goring.
Robins held their nerve to win the shoot-out 5-4 and will play Oxford Blackbirds in the last four.
Blackbirds beat Botley Boys 6-0, with goals from Dearntay Slattery (2), Salvador Santos (2), Henry Van Gucci and Hakeem Omar.
In Division B, George Cox scored as Chalgrove Cavaliers edged out Summertown Dragons 1-0.
Oxford City Blues and Cumnor Minors shared the points as Aaron Miles netted for City and Callum Barr equalised for Cumnor.
Ethan McAteer and Charlie Holtom were on the scoresheet for Crowmarsh Youth Orient who triumphed 2-0 at Abingdon Youth Yellows.
In the Under 13 KO Trophy, Marston Saints beat Didcot Casuals 4-2 after extra time.
With the game at 2-2 after 70 minutes, Saints grabbed two further goals to progress to the quarter-finals.
Billy O’Brien (2), Ben Pagano and James Heidar scored for Marston, with Robbie Greenfield and Riley Saunders replying.
Sadie Timbs hit four goals as Radley Youth beat Florence Park 8-2 to progress to the last eight.
Jack Ferrito, Thomas Fleming, Harry Cook and Calvin Njorge completed the scoring for Radley, with Edward Nadin and Harry Haynes netting for Florence Park.
Edward Pascoe hit the only goal as Tower Hill won 1-0 at Kidlington Youth White.
Kyle Robertson and Japheston Odiu each got a hat-trick for Oxford City as they beat Grove Challengers 8-1.
Jordan Abebiosu Smith and Reuben Barresi completed the scoring with Archie Brew grabbing a goal for Grove.
