Key positions need to be filled at the Oxford and District branch of the Royal Air Forces Association or it could struggle to keep going.
The Annual General Meeting of the RAFA branch is taking place today at the Littlemore Royal British Legion in Lakefield Road, at 1pm.
In October the branch was saved after Leonard Davis from Blackbird Leys came forward to be chairman but there are three other vital positions still to be filled.
Minutes secretary Kath Mulligan, from Headington, said: "We still need to fill the positions of welfare officer, treasurer and secretary and it will be very difficult to run the branch without these positions being filled.
"We haven't had any nominations sent through the post but we are hoping that people will be nominated at the meeting."
Mrs Mulligan's husband John Mulligan is standing down as secretary.
Mr Davis has been a member of the branch since 1956 and came forward to be chairman after his wife died.
Former serving members of the Royal Air Force with IT skills are being sought for the three vacant posts.
