OXON: Thousands of children will find out whether they been offered a place at their secondary school of choice today [1/3].
About 6,000 youngsters applied for up to three schools each, listed by preference.
Last year 98 per cent of those who applied got into one of their choices.
Those who applied online will be able to respond to the offer at oxfordshire.gov.uk/secondaryadmissions
If a youngster is not offered a place at the school they want their parents can put their name on the waiting list at up to three schools.
There is also a right to appeal.
