A CAR transporter and a lorry have been involved in a crash on Oxford's eastern bypass, causing major delays to traffic.
The collision happened on the southbound carriageway at the Cowley Junction for Garsington Road.
A slip road is now completely blocked. The crash happened as the car transport tried to pass the red lorry, which had broken down in lane one.
As it passed it collided with the barrier.
The incident is causing long traffic queues to build up on Horspath Driftway and the eastern bypass.
