Andrew Warmington, 39, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, admitted damaging an iPhone 6 to the value of £600 belonging to Amanda Spires on December 20 last year intending to destroy it or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed. Found not guilty of assaulting Amanda Spires by beating her. Ordered to pay £739.20 compensation and £85 costs.

John Mobey, 20, of the road through Preston Crowmarsh, Preston Crowmarsh, admitted assaulting Jonathon Mileham by beating him in Fane Drive, Berinsfield, on July 3 last year. Handed a community order with 150 hours’ unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Tristan Pattinson, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted jointly assaulting Habib-Ullah Adil by beating him with Lance Simmons at a property in Cowley Road, Oxford, on December 29 last year. Handed a community order with a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £50 compensation. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lance Simmons, 30, of Lake Street Oxford, admitted jointly assaulting Habib-Ullah Adil by beating him with Tristan Pattinson in Cowley Road, Oxford, on December 29 last year. Darren Butler, 33, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage to property under £5,000 by destroying a front door to a flat belonging to South Oxfordshire District Council on January 17. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.
