How can I access services if my essential bus is cut?
I LIVE in Standlake and rely on the X15 bus, which runs between Witney and Abingdon.
I don’t drive so if it is cut, how does Oxfordshire County Council expect me to visit a doctor, optician, dentist, bank, post office, solicitor etc? Do they have any ideas? I don’t.
