Residents in Bicester, Didcot and Kingham reported power cut this morning following strong winds overnight.
People living in the Bicester area have been without electricity since 5.40am and Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution said the fault was reported at 5.56am.
A statement on the firm's website said engineers are working to fix the fault.
SSE spokeswoman Sam O'Connor said about 380 properties in Bicester, Upper Heyford, Lower Heyford and Steeple Aston had been affected.
She added: "Engineers are patrolling the network to locate the fault.
"Overhead lines could have been damaged by strong winds.
"We are hoping power will be restored this morning and apologise for the inconvenience to customers."
Ms O'Connor added that 44 properties were also affected after a tree hit an overhead line in Blewbury near Didcot.
And 67 properties in Kingham, West Oxfordshire, have also suffered a power cut.
An SSE spokesman added that power was restored to homes in Kingham, Blewbury and the Bicester area shortly before 4pm.
He added that 16 homes in Wheatley were currently without power, together with 67 properties in Kiddington near Chipping Norton, and 83 in Great Milton.
