Imtiaz Iqbal, 26, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to give police information about the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was allegedly guilty of an offence between November 21 and December 19 in Banbury. Fined £550 and ordered to pay a £55 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
Gary Wickens, 33, of Hardwick Road, Hethe, Bicester, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Wilkinson’s Store in Market Square, Bicester, on October 13 which he was prohibited from doing. Sentenced to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Ciara Casserly, 29, of Huxley Close, Wootton, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone in B480 in Chiselhampton on November 25. Fined £130 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.
Renee Clapp, 38, of Anchor Lane, South Moreton, Didcot, admitted speeding at 54mph in a 40mph zone in A4074, Crowmarsh, on November 26. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Liam Wixey, 24, of Stanton Harcourt Road, Witney, admitted stealing a wallet and its contents to the value of £90 in Witney on May 14. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £90 compensation, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Christopher Anderson, 23, of no fixed address admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug in Stanford-in-the Vale on September 23. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £84 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
John Joyce, 18, of Redbridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to harass a man in Oxford on May 3. Also convicted of driving a van without reasonable consideration for other people in Abingdon Road, Oxford on May 3. Given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
Darren Sanders, 47, of The Hamel, Oxford, admitted stealing purses worth £318 from Cath Kidston, in Broad Street, July 29. Also admitted attempting to steal a handbag worth £48 from the same shop on the same date. Fined a total of £550 and ordered to pay £318 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Alistair Aitken, 27, of Drayton Road, Abingdon, admitted assaulting PC Broomfield in the execution of his duty in Headley Way, Headington, on August 21. Also admitted racially-aggravated harassment against PC James on the same date and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to harass another woman that day. Also admitted damaging an electrical socket at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington, and damaging a cell door at Abingdon Police Station. Ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next year and join a 30-day rehabilitation program. Also ordered to pay £588 compensation, a £180 criminal courts charge, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Timothy Lee, 21, of Queensway, Didcot, admitted stealing alcohol from Co-op in Didcot on July 23. Also admitted failing to attend unpaid work sessions ordered by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 10. Given a six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Also given 10 more hours of unpaid work to do in the next 12 months making a total of 130 hours.
Neil Suggett, of O’Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted stealing from Brasenose Lane, Oxford, on August 23. Also admitted failing to answer bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 8. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £60 costs and a £180 courts charge.
Leondardo de Silva, 24, of Dene Road, Oxford, admitted driving on Milton Road, Didcot, on September 23, while disqualified from driving. Also admitted driving on a public road without insurance. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Driving record endorsed with six points.
Andee Williams-Morton, 43, of Underhill Circus, Oxford, admitted using abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Underhill Circus on April 16. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £250 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
Richard Fallaize, 54, of Sutherland Beck, Didcot, admitted drink-driving on Church Road, Cholsey on September 25. Had 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £400, ordered to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 18 months.
Patrick Hitt, 19, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a 3.5 inch folding lock knife in Frewin Court, Oxford, on September 26. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Joseph Robinson, 34, of Morrell Crescent, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted damaging furniture belonging to Response Housing in Morrell Crescent on August 23. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £50 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
