Adam Brown, Harry Cook and Kyle Thomas scored for the hosts, with Jack Ferrito hitting a double in reply and Harry Haynes also scoring for Radley.
Ryan Barker hit a superb four-timer in Summertown Red’s 6-0 home triumph over Ardington & Lockinge.
Tatsuto Yamamoto and Thomas Rolfe were also on target.
Greater Leys scored two late goals to earn a 4-4 draw at home to Bicester in the Under 15 B League.
Elliot Howells hit a hat-trick and Nasum Iwaram scored the other goal for Leys, while Lucas Lamch struck twice alongside efforts from Robbie Cockroft and James Davis for Bicester.
Grove Challengers shared a 1-1 draw with Milton United, with Arthur Tilley’s goal for hosts Grove cancelled out by Josh Burton for Milton.
Dion Asante, Cian Gaul and Grant Singleton were the scorers for Oxford Blackbirds as they won 3-1 at Florence Park.
Orlando Neli netted Park’s consolation.
Ben Cruttenden hit the only goal as Cumnor Minors won 1-0 at Harwell & Hendred in the A League.
Hinksey Park went top of the C League with a 3-1 win at Quarry Rovers, thanks to Lerrell Wilkinson, Alex Stamper and Jake Calvert strikes.
Jospeh Hanlon was on target for Quarry.
Dominic Allum hit a hat-trick for Faringdon Town in their 4-2 win over Marston Saints.
Josh Dawson was also on target, with Daniel Panavia and Dominic Palencia scoring for Saints.
Zayn Khan hit a stunning hat-trick as Botley Boys won 3-2 at home to Bardwell in the Under 12 C League.
Mahmoud Hassan and Charlie Howlett replied for the visitors, but it wasn’t enough.
In the B League, Hinksey Park Wanderers won 4-0 at home to Summertown Spartans thanks to goals from Kamran Ali, Aqib Hammed, Patrick Pinches and Sacha Whitehouse.
Florence Park opened up a four-point lead at the top of the D League with a 6-2 victory at closest rivals East Oxford United.
Joshua Bushnell hit a spectacular four goals and Kyle Emberton struck a brace for the leaders, with Orgito Neli and Gerald Muchecheteve on target for United.
Meanwhile, Ducklington Sports went six points clear at the top of the Under 14 A League, making it five wins from five with a 5-0 home win over Oxford City.
Sam Bryant scored a hat-trick and there were also goals for Moez Ghrab and Louis Vaughan.
Harry Moreton netted four goals as Harwell & Hendred saw off Ardington & Lockinge 9-0 away from home.
Jake Moss, Brian McCarron, Zac Skinner, Jaheim Clarke and Harry Fisher were also on target.
In the B League, in-form Cumnor Minors scraped to a 1-0 victory at Didcot Town thanks to Jack Hunter’s strike.
Abingdon United remain top, as Ben King’s hat-trick helped them to a 4-1 away win over Florence Park.
Danila Kudrjasov was also on target for United, with Kyle Woods finding the net for Park.
Louis Castiau-Juffkins hit a fantastic four goals and Lukas Hale scored another to give Crowmarsh Revolution a 5-0 home win over Wantage Town.
Jamie Welsh bagged a treble, Fahad Seif notched two and Xander Solomon also scored to hand East Oxford United a 6-2 victory at home to Summertown Tigers.
Jack Liu and Jon Weaks scored for Summertown.
