Temporary traffic lights causing chaos along Abingdon Road
Temporary traffic lights are causing severe delays along Abingdon Road today.
The lights have been put in place at the junction of Newton Road to carry out water works, according to the county council's website.
The roadworks started at 9.30am and are due to end at 3.30pm, it said.
There are major delays as a result, with an average speed of 6mph between Chatham Street and Thames Street.
Bus services are also facing delays.
