Week of silence for Emma Watson after break-up
Film star and former Headington School pupil Emma Watson has revealed that she went on a week-long silent retreat to get over her break-up from Matt Janney.
The 25-year-old Harry Potter star told Vogue that her split from the rugby player had been so “horrendous” that she had to take some time to feel “at home with herself” again. She split from Mr Janney in November last year.
Miss Watson has lived in Oxfordshire since the age of five and studied at Oxford University’s Worcester College.
