A bus collided with a car resulting in the closure of two lanes on the M40 near Brackley.
Thames Valley Police said it was called to the incident at about 2pm after a Vauxhall Astra had collided with the single-decker bus.
A woman who was driving the car was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital but is not believed to be suffering from life-threatening injuries, police said.
Officers added that minor damage was done to the bus and no pasengers were injured.
The force said two lanes were closed on the M40 Southbound, between junctions 10 and 11.
The road has now reopened.
