An inquest will be held today at Oxford Coroner’s Court into the death of student Emily Stiff.
The body of the 22-year-old from Riverside Road, West Oxford, was found in the River Thames near Weirs Lane in Oxford on March 27. Her inquest was opened on April 10 and adjourned until today.
At the opening coroner’s officer Nicholas Gardiner said she was declared dead at the scene at about 3pm on March 27.
He said her body was identified at the John Radcliffe Hospital using dental records.
