A man denied murder today in connection with a man being found fatally wounded in a car in Barton.
Rafal Stawski appeared at Oxford Crown Court accused of murdering Wojciech Ryniak, who was found with stab wounds to the chest in a red Mazda in North Way on Tuesday, April 21.
Mr Ryniak was rushed to hospital, but died from his injuries the following day.
The 34-year-old, wearing a blue T-shirt and grey trousers, spoke only to confirm his name and deny one count of murder when he appeared in the dock.
Judge Patrick Eccles remanded Stawski in custody until his trial which was set for Monday, October 12.
