BEFORE, and ever since, I have said the Water Eaton Park & Ride is in the wrong location.
It should have been in Langford Lane so people get on a bus before entering Kidlington. How many drivers could you get on a bus instead of 20, 30 or 40 drivers coming through Kidlington every five minutes every day. When the new station opens (which also is in the wrong location) it will be chaotic.
Talking vehicles, why are we getting so many heavy goods lorries coming through Kidlington? There is no heavy industry between Banbury and Cowley so it makes no sense. What’s wrong with the M40?
I was under the impression we had a weight restriction through Kidlington and a 30mph speed restriction.
It seems to me it is a free-for-all until the police do something for the people who live in Kidlington.
