A TEENAGE girl has been taken to hospital after being hit by a bus.
The incident happened in High Street, Oxford, shortly after 11am today.
South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman Michelle Archer said the girl, who was a pedestrian, was treated at the scene for head injuries and then taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Magdalen Bridge had to be shut to allow ambulance crews to attend the incident but has since reopened.
Ms Archer was unable to say how serious the girl’s injuries were.
