The Bodleian Library has launched a new website for readers to browse its collections.
Visitors to digital.bodleian.ox.ac.uk can view more than 100,000 items, including books, illustrated manuscripts, centuries-old maps, art and other materials like Victorian board games and old General Election campaign posters.
Many of them were only previously accessible by obtaining a readers’ card.
Users can also download them for private use, make notes and annotations, leave public comments and share images.
