A man who dropped money on the ground and watched women pick it up has been handed a curfew after a doctor said he was unfit for work.
Stuart McGhie, of Bargus Close, Steventon, admitted breaching an Anti Social Behaviour Order.
He was handed a 12-month sentence, suspended for 12 months, and told to carry out 100 hours unpaid work on March 13.
Defence barrister Alexandra Bull told Oxford Crown Court yesterday McGhie’s GP declared he was “unfit” to carry out the unpaid work but will be referred to a forensic psychologist. Recorder Patrick Vincent gave McGhie, 45, a three-month curfew order between 3pm and 10pm.
