A DIAMOND engagement ring was stolen from a home in Chipping Norton, police have said.
Officers said burglars broke into a property in Main Road, Idbury, last Saturday, through an unlocked back window between about 10.30am and 1.20pm.
Eight watches, quantity of cash and a diamond engagement ring.
Investigating officer PC Lisa Chapman said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have heard or seen suspicious behaviour in the area at this time to please get in contact via the Thames Valley Police 24-hour enquiry line 101.
“It is also a reminder to keep all doors and windows secured even if you are still in the property.”
