CIVIL war, family feuds, love, betrayal and madness are the outcomes when the forces of good and evil are pitted against one other in Shakespeare’s classic tragedy King Lear.
Oxford Theatre Guild is celebrating the 60th anniversary of its formation with a fresh and fast-paced production of the play at Merton College.
A theatre group for non- professional actors, the Guild welcomes all comers and puts on shows four times-a-year at Oxford venues.
The play runs until Saturday 18th July.
